Shipping and Returns Policy
At Armela Hair Boutique, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. To keep things simple and transparent, here’s how our shipping, returns, and guarantees work.
Product Guarantee
Armela Hair Boutique extensions are crafted to meet the highest standards of quality. When used and cared for according to our Hair Care Information Guide, they are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing faults.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by colouring, bleaching, chemical treatments, normal wear and tear, or misuse/neglect.
We guarantee our tape extensions against slippage for 4–6 weeks, provided the correct aftercare products and instructions are followed.
Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase (except in the case of faulty products). Claims lodged after this timeframe will be reviewed at our discretion.
When Returns Are Accepted
You may return products if:
They do not meet the product guarantee.
You change your mind — but only if the products are in unopened, original packaging (due to strict health and hygiene regulations).
They are unworn, in original packaging, and in resale condition. For 7-Piece Clip-In or 3-in-1 Extensions, the gold ties must still be intact.
Important: If your purchase was made through another salon, retailer, or wholesaler, you’ll need to return it directly to them. Only items purchased directly from Armela Hair Boutique can be returned to us.
How to Return a Product
If you need to arrange a return, here’s what to do:

Have your invoice or order number ready when you contact us.
Make sure your item is in its original packaging and suitable for resale.
Post your return (at your expense, unless the item is deemed faulty) to:

Approved refunds or replacements (subject to stock) will be processed within 14 business days.
If your return doesn’t meet the above conditions, it will be sent back to you, and return freight charges will apply.
📦 Tip: We recommend using Registered Post or a trackable courier service, as Armela Hair Boutique cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Incorrect Orders
If you’ve received the wrong items or something is missing, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We’ll fix the issue promptly. Returned hair must remain in its original packaging and unused.
Replacements, Credits & Refunds
For approved warranty claims, products will be replaced with the same style and colour originally ordered.
If replacement isn’t possible, you may receive a refund or credit. You can indicate your preference when arranging the return, though the final decision rests with Armela Hair Boutique (in line with Australian Consumer Law).
Non-Warranty Replacements
If you’d like to request a colour swap or replacement outside of a warranty claim, a 10% handling fee of the product value will apply.
Recommendations for Best Results
Weft & Mini Micro Bead Extensions – best for medium to thick hair.
Tape Extensions – suitable for all hair types (fine, medium, thick). Customers with thicker hair may need additional packs for full coverage.
To protect your extensions, always use the correct hair care range, specifically designed for our products. Avoid shampoos, conditioners, or treatments containing:
Argan or Moroccan oils
Protein
Citrus extracts
High alcohol content
Keratin treatments
Lauryl sulphate
Medicated or toning shampoos
Fake tanning products or sunscreens containing Avobenzone
Using these products may lead to slippage, discolouration, or void your warranty.
